The Joanne Langione Dance Center is once again breaking new ground when it comes to providing quality dance training to the greater Boston community. As the dance center embarks on their 48th season of teaching award-winning dance classes in Ballet, Hip Hop, Tap, Contemporary, Jazz, Acrodance and Creative Movement to toddlers through teens, they continue their tradition of excellence with their newest program, theDANCELAB.
What is theDanceLab?
theDANCELAB is an individualized training program for dancers to advance performance technique. This new program prioritizes a small group environment to ensure that the instructors are hands-on and attentive.
From flexibility to leap height, turn stability to extension, theDANCELAB is there to advance fundamental techniques that will help dancers reach their greatest potential.
By focusing on these elements, dancers can reach new heights of precision, elegance, and overall strength in their dance training.
For the younger dancers, this is more than just a dance class. It can be seen as a platform for building the strongest foundation possible. By learning new and exciting exercises tailored to their age and ability, young dancers can develop core strength, better flexibility, and improved posture from an early stage.
For the more advanced dancers, theDANCELAB is an opportunity to refine their skills, improve their consistency and be inspired to step up to new challenges.
Individualized, Skill-based Enrichment
theDANCELAB originated from Joanne Langione Dance Center’s commitment to keeping up with the ever-changing dance world. theDANCELAB bridges the gap between traditional training and an environment where dancers can experiment, push boundaries, and discover their unique potential – something the dance center is proud to offer students.
This fusion of innovation and tradition not only enhances a dancer’s skills, but also nurtures a spirit of exploration and creativity.
