Jordyn Starkovich has trained competitively in dance for 18 years. She was a member of the Pre-Professional Program at Allegro Performing Arts Academy in Kent, Washington, where she traveled and learned from numerous industry professionals. She moved to Idaho for college to pursue a Media Communications and Marketing degree from Boise State University while dancing on the nationally-ranked Mane Line Dance Team.

She performed at all Boise State athletic events for 30,000+ fans and competed annually at NDA Nationals in Daytona, Florida. During her senior season, Jordyn’s team became national champions in both D1A Jazz and D1A Hip Hop. She has completed dance teacher training with the Dance Ideas Seminar in Los Angeles and has enjoyed teaching and choreographing for students for many years. While living in Boise, she also worked as an assistant for Axis Dance Competition, taught and choreographed at multiple studios, and attended the ProAction College Dance Combine.

Jordyn moved to Boston in 2025 to begin her career working at Harvard Business School. She is passionate about education – both in the classroom and dance studio – and is incredibly excited to share her knowledge with the dancers at JLDC.
